How to Install WordPress on Your Hosting Plan

WordPress is the most popular content management system (CMS) in the world, known for its flexibility and ease of use. Whether you’re creating a blog, business site, or online store, installing WordPress through your KDigital Hosting account is simple and beginner-friendly. Our hosting plans include one-click WordPress installation to get you online fast.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Option 1: One-Click Installer (Recommended)
- Log in to your Client Portal
Go to account and enter your login credentials. - Access Your Hosting Plan
Click on Services > My Services and select the hosting plan you want to install WordPress on. - Open the Control Panel
Click the “Login to Control Panel” button to access your hosting dashboard. - Find the WordPress Installer
Look for Softaculous Apps Installer or WordPress Manager, you can also use the search bar. - Start the Installation
- Click on the WordPress icon.
- Choose Install Now.
- Fill in the details: select your domain, set your site name, admin username, password, and email.
- Complete and Install
Click Install. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. You’ll see a confirmation screen with login links to your new WordPress site.
Option 2: Manual Installation (Advanced Users)
If you prefer full control or your plan doesn’t support one-click installs:
- Download WordPress
- Upload the ZIP File via File Manager or FTP
- Create a MySQL Database in your Control Panel
- Run the WordPress Setup by visiting your domain and following the prompts
